Yes — we bring all standard supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products (fragrance-free, eco-friendly, a brand you love, etc.) just let us know in your notes.
Not at all. One-time deep cleans and move-out cleans are popular options. Recurring service simply unlocks better pricing and a consistent cleaner.
Absolutely. We work in homes with pets every day. Tell us about your animals on the form so your cleaner can plan accordingly.
After we confirm your plan, you'll pick a recurring time that fits your week. You can reschedule any visit by text — no penalty if we have at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours' notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate your cleaner's reserved time.
Yes. We meet most landlord and property manager checklists and can provide a photo report on request.
